Retirement is something that most of us are looking forward to. I say most of all but that doesn’t include all of us. I for one intend on working in my profession, physical therapy, and fitness into my 70s if my health holds up.
I enjoy what I do for a living and feel I have a lot to offer others as well. Needless to say, I am in no hurry to retire. And there is so much information out there as well regarding retirement planning where do you start? Only you will know when to retire personally as again your health and finances will come into play in that decision-making process.
We all know how important it is in getting our financial houses in order etc…. its about getting the stress out of your lives so that we can live a quality retirement whatever yours will consist of.
How many of us though are planning for a solid retirement health wise? Have you decided what exercise program you will start? These are decisions that have to be made.
After all we do not know what time will bring to us in regards to our health issues as we age, though we do have a big say in what happens, and of course, genetics carries a big stick in this process too.

Plan on not being a participant of that game! Why throw the money you have worked hard for and end up paying thousands of dollars for doctor bills and prescription drugs?
By the way, it would be great to have a good quality of life as well wouldn’t it?
Get ready to do battle because the years that lie ahead will get tough if you are easy on yourself physically and mentally right? Be hard on yourself expect more from yourself and life will be easy.

When it comes to retirement planning our health will be the wild card in the formula along with the stock market but that is for the financial experts to discuss, your health and fitness is my concern.
