Having total joint replacement surgery is a surgical procedure you will never forget because of the time and physical rehabilitation involved to heal properly and more importantly, the fact that you are now pain-free after surgical pain has subsided.
Hopefully, if you were brought along properly with your physical rehabilitation rather than just treated as a number and rushed through the process, you came out fully satisfied with the procedure.
I have found after 22 years in the field of physical therapy with total joint replacement recipients that many do come out very satisfied with their outcomes.
Then there are cases where some do not and that can be due to different factors two, for example, include having a poor surgical procedure, to begin with, to receiving poor to marginal quality physical therapy after surgery.
As many know, it’s the physical rehabilitation that is the most difficult and will actually determine your quality of life in the long term after your new joint replacement.
I have a strong passion working with total joint replacement patients myself due to the fact I had a total knee replacement myself and understand how important it is to get your physical therapy done correctly and with expertise right from the start.
It helps to have someone that will take the time to guide you through each phase of your therapy and help you Segway on to improving your overall health and fitness after surgery as well if you like.
You should always come out of total joint replacement surgery feeling stronger, more mobile and ultimately in time, healthier than you had been before surgery.
This is where I come in at Total Joint Fitness. My company specializes in helping you in your physical rehabilitation after either a knee, hip, or shoulder replacement.
We work on a cash basis only at this time. Total Joint Fitness covers the Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida areas.
I work in your home with the treatment frequency you chose after our consultation. I supply the tools necessary to get you through all phases of recovery and take whatever time is necessary to get you to a full recovery.
